The 50g lightweight 1200D V2 standard turnout rug also has a detachable neck available if required - listed separately.

The rugs are made from 1200D waterproof/breathable outer fabric (5000mm/5000g/m²/24hrs) and have the added benefit of Teflon™ coating which offers extra protection and more resistance to moisture and staining.

The underside of the rug has soft nylon lining which helps to prevent rubbing and keep the coat smooth. There are shoulder gussets for freedom of movement and a wither protector for extra comfort.

Other features are a generous tail flap and double adjustable chest straps with D rings and clips and detachable webbing leg straps. The rug has double adjustable surcingle straps with rubber washers to help unfastening.

There are Velcro strips either side of the wither protector for attaching a neck cover (available separately) and there are reflective strips at the chest, hind quarters and on the tail flap.

The rug is machine washable and packed in a zipped bag with handles.
